Terms of Service
By using VendorShield, you agree to use our service lawfully and not for malicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect violations.
Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis via Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Refund Policy
VendorShield operates on a month-to-month subscription model. Due to the nature of our digital service, we do not offer refunds for partial months, early cancellations, or unused services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
